Program Details

Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship lasts between one and four years.

Doctoral degree (PhD) – 4 years of funds to be awarded.
Eligibility Requirements

Every application must have a main supervisor that is eager to mentor the proposed research project. Research Ireland cannot help the applicants to secure a primary supervisor to their application.
The maximum number of applicants that can be sponsored by primary supervisors to the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship is one.
Benefits

These grants will be used to fund appropriately qualified research masters and doctorate students undertaking, or
