Prophet John Anokye from Worldwide Word Ministries warns that foreign workers will control local employment opportunities when Ghanaian employees fail to modify their workplace approach.

Prophet Anokye reports that dishonesty together with corruption and stealing practices among Ghanaian workers prevent existing employers from creating new employment opportunities. Many business owners currently choose foreign managers for their operations but place Ghanaian workers into entry-level positions.

The situation will deteriorate because many employers are now preferring foreign workers over Ghanaians because they believe non-nationals are more dependable. According to his assessment the declining trust among employers will steer job opportunities from Ghanaians to foreigners in informal sectors.

The church leader Prophet Anokye spoke to journalists during his Monday February 10 2025 address at the church premises in Adjirigano Accra that Ghanaians needed to engage in workplace ethical conduct and show sincere integrity and truthful devotion.

Worldwide Word Ministries also known as the Hill City Church started its ninth-anniversary week celebration as announced during the press conference. The series of celebrations conducted by Worldwide Word Ministries will reach its conclusion on Sunday February 16, 2025 through the ‘Breaking of Bread Ceremony’ at Hill City Auditorium.

Our ministry functions under the divine mandate which guides all of our ministry activities according to our current theme ‘Greater Mandate’. Pastor Gregory emphasized that Worldwide Word Ministries exists to serve as a results-driven truth-proclaiming solution-oriented global ministry which bases its existence and operations on Word of God combined with the Spirit of God.

The ministry maintains regular activities throughout the whole year in addition to the anniversary festivities according to Prophet Anokye. Various services held weekly on Sunday as ‘Tree of Life Service’ and Wednesday as ‘Fruit Bearing Services’ together with ‘Global Prayer Palace’ on Thursdays ensure continuous spiritual nourishment.

Multiple special programs operated by our ministry including Blood Factor Festival, Altar for Altar, Healing in Health, Mysteries Conference and Prophetic Arena bring divine experiences across the entire year.

Through John Anokye Ministries the church’s outreach ministry performs school and community crusades and the church-operated ICARE NGO gives support to poor and needy people living in society.

Worldwide Word Television along with its YouTube page enables Prophet John Anokye to share divine messages with people worldwide.
